Who they are for
Only Administrations that have completed qualification on the Lazio Region e-procurement system can issue supply orders related to specific Framework Agreements.
The operational procedures for joining Framework Agreements are defined by the Central Purchasing Body within the individual tender documentation.
How they work
These are framework contracts previously stipulated by the Regional Central Purchasing Directorate with economic operators awarded in centralized tenders. Suppliers therefore commit to accepting supply orders at prices set by the Administrations, up to the maximum spendable amount provided for by the Framework Agreement.
With the signing of the Framework Agreement, price lists detailing the goods and services covered by the agreement are made available on the platform. Through these price lists, Administrations can issue Contracts / Supply Orders directly on the platform and start the service/supply.
Before launching tenders for Framework Agreements concerning particular goods and services, the Regional Central Purchasing Directorate sends Administrations in the regional territory an information questionnaire to be completed to identify potential interest in joining and specific needs.

The main reasons why qualification is worthwhile:
- Spending rationalization through economies of scale - in terms of cost reduction and greater efficiency - due to higher supply volumes in centralized procurements;
- Quality of acquired goods / services, through a dual quality-control level (Region and contracting Administration);
