What it is for

The Lazio Region Electronic Market is the digital negotiation platform through which Administrations invite qualified Economic Operators to negotiate contracts with a value below the EU threshold.

 

How it works

Step 1

Economic Operators interested in participating in the Lazio Region Electronic Market must register on the S.Tel.LA. platform, according to the procedures described in the Help section - Operational Manuals - Manuals for companies: Guide to registration and basic functions

Step 2

Following registration, the Economic Operator can qualify for the Electronic Market by selecting the Notice and the product categories of interest.

Step 3

Once the qualification procedure is completed, the Economic Operator will be able to:

  • participate in the Electronic Market for the product categories for which it is qualified;
  • receive requests for offers (i.e. invitations to submit offers) issued by user Administrations;
  • submit offers for invited procedures;
  • sign contracts, in the event of award.
