REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE SYSTEM FOR TELEMATIC PURCHASES (S.TEL.LA)
The Regulations for use of the system are aimed at all users of the Lazio Region Telematic Purchasing System (S.TEL.LA, both Public Administrations and Economic Operators). It is necessary to read and accept all the articles contained therein both for Public Administrations who intend to register and for suppliers who want to submit a request for qualification.
Regulations for using the S.TEL.LA system
With Resolution no. GR1225 - 00006 of 06/09/2021 of the Regional Central Purchasing Directorate, the update of the Regulations for the use of the Telematic Purchasing System of the Lazio Region - S.TEL.LA. has been approved. with particular reference to the new access methods through authentication tools to be used by contracting authorities and economic operators.
ELECTRONIC MARKET
The Regulations for the use of the Electronic Market are aimed at all user bodies of the Lazio Region Telematic Purchasing System (S.TEL.LA.) which, in compliance with the regulations for below-threshold contracts, will be able to consult the list of authorized Economic Operators and invite them to participate in purchasing procedures carried out in completely electronic mode. It is necessary to read and accept all the articles contained therein both by the user bodies and by the economic operators who intend to qualify for the Electronic Market.

WORKS REGISTER
The Establishing Notice of the Register of Economic Operators for the awarding of Public Works announces the rules governing the formation of the List of Economic Operators (hereinafter referred to as the "Works Register") to be used for the assignment of works, other than open or restricted procedures, of an amount lower than the thresholds of European relevance referred to in art. 14 of the Contract Code pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.
