Central Purchasing Body - Centrale Acquisti

The Regional Directorate for Digital Transformation and Procurement operates as a central purchasing body for the Public Administrations of the Lazio Region.

As the Central Purchasing Office, the Directorate aggregates the expenditure on works, supplies and services of the Lazio Public Administrations also through the use of an electronic platform (S.TEL.LA) which allows initiatives to be carried out with the following purchasing or negotiation tools:

• Conventions and Framework Agreements;
• Dynamic Purchasing System;
• Electronic Market;
• Works Register
