Access to Administrative Documents - Centrale Acquisti

The Lazio Region has regulated, exclusively for procedures under its competence, the criteria and organizational methods for exercising the right of access to documents in the various forms provided by current legislation: Law 241/90, Legislative Decree no. 33 of 2013, Legislative Decree no. 97 of 2016, Regional Regulation no. 11 of 9 March 2018.

In the case of access to tender documents pursuant to art. 36, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 as amended, interested Economic Operators may request access to documents and tender procedure documentation through the dedicated functionality made available by the S.Tel.La. platform, referring to the procedures described in the Access to Documents Request manual available in the Manuals for companies section.

Note: in the case of procedures launched by Contracting Authorities other than the Lazio Region, the request for Access to Documents not submitted through S.Tel.La. must be addressed directly to the Entity that launched the procedure.
